The reader does not take answers

The label-context reader contains four fixed records and sixteen open paragraphs. Its questions are text to consider, not form fields. There is no account, health questionnaire, package upload, laboratory entry or personal recommendation generated by this reader.

Moving between its topics uses ordinary page anchors. The reader does not save responses, export a report or make a custom network request when a topic is selected. Source and article links still navigate to their destinations in the usual way.

Search and text size stay in the page

The library search filters article information already loaded in the browser. Typing in that field does not submit the query to a search service or save it as a profile. It is a way to locate publication content, not a place to send a medical history.

The text-size button changes the display between standard and larger text. Its state is held in memory and reflected on the current document; it is not written to a cookie or browser storage. Reloading returns to the standard setting. These controls do not introduce an additional request merely because they are used.

Ordinary web activity remains possible

Loading pages and assets involves web requests. Hosting or delivery systems may keep technical logs, and a browser may retain history or cached material under its own settings. The limited behavior of our reading controls is not a claim that every layer of the internet operates without logging or storage.
